PLACES WE VISIT
MANALI
Altitude of 2,050 m (6,726 ft) in the Beas River Valley is a beautiful hill station nestled in the mountains of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh near the northern end of the Kullu Valley. It is located about 270 km (168 mi) north of the state capital, Shimla.
SARCHU
Located on the Leh-Manali Highway, on the boundary between Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh (Jammu and Kashmir) in India. It is situated between Baralacha La to the south and Lachulung La to the north, at an altitude of 4,290 Mtrs
BRANDY and WHISKEY NALA
21 GATA LOOPS
After Sarchu one stretch in between Brandy Nalla & Namika La 3815 Mtrs. On road from Manali to Leh, is climb over an elevation of 464m over a distance of 7km zig-zag across 21 hairpin loops.
MOREY PLAINS
More plains, endless stretch of 40 Kms. Starts after covering around 4Km. up hill road from Pang towards Tanglang La. This road has an average elevation of 4000 Mtrs. And is flanked by Mountain ranges on both sides. At some places the road runs along the Sumkhel Lungpa River featuring some stunning sand and rock formations.
LEH
Leh is one of the favorite tourist destinations of India located in the northernmost parts of the country. Lapped in the snow-covered fringes of the Himalayas. It lies on the crossroads of the historic 'Silk Route' from Sinkiang to West Asia and to the plains of India. There are a number of interesting places and monasteries to visit in and around Leh, such as - The Leh Palace, the monasteries of Shey, Hemis, Alchi, Thikse and Lamayuru.
NUBRA VALLEY
The upper Shayok and Nubra rivers drain the east and west sides of the Saser Spur, the eastern most outcrop of the Karakoram. The name Nubra is applied to the district comprising the valley of the Nubra River. You can find the famous double hunch Camels here
SRINAGAR
On the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus. The city of Srinagar, famous for its gardens, lakes and houseboats. Srinagar is one of several places that have been called the "Venice of the East"

HIGH ALTITUDE LAKES WE VISIT
SURAJ TAL LAKE
Suraj Tal Lake is located at a height of 4950 m below the summit of the Baralacha pass in the Lahaul region of Spiti and Lahaul district. The Baralacha Pass connects Mandi as well as Lahaul to Ladakh. Suraj Tal Lake, the source of Bhaga River, is situated at the head of it. Considered to be a sacred water body, Suraj Tal Lake attracts quite a few devotees apart from the general tourists.
TSO KAR
The Lake is a part of the Salt Lake Valley, which covers an area of around 140 sq km. and is at a distance of 45 km northwest of the Tsomoriri Lake. Tsokar Lake shares a beautiful landscape with the fresh water Panluk Lake in this Salt Lake Valley. The local shepherds 'Changpas' can often be seen collecting and extracting salt from the Tsokar Lake to distribute it to the other parts of the state.
PANGONG LAKE
Is an endorheic lake in the Himalayas situated at a height of about 4,350 m (14,270 ft). It is 134 km (83 mi) long and extends from India to Tibet. 60% of the length of the lake lies in China. The lake is 5 km (3.1 mi) wide at its broadest point. All together it covers 604 km. During winter the lake freezes completely, despite being saline water.
TSO MORIRI
Tso Moriri or Lake Moriri (official name: Tsomoriri Wetland Conservation Reserve), is lake in the Changthang area in Jammu and Kashmir. The lake i s at an altitude of 4,595 m (15,075 ft); it is the largest of the high altitude lakes in the Trans-Himalayan biogeographic region, entirely within India. The lake sits between Ladakh, India to the North, Tibet to the east and Zanskar in the west. The lake is fed by springs and snow-melt from mountains on the Changthang plateau

- Assemble at Manali latest by 10.30 am
- Take rest for the day
- Nighthalt at Manali
Day 2 - 4th July 16 / 1st Aug 16
- Wake up at 5.30Am and leave for Jispa by 6.30am.
- Reach Rohtang by 8Am & play in the snow
- Reach Jispa by 4pm & enjoy the scenic place & walk around
- Retire for the night at Jispa
- This will be a relaxed drive & the journey is comfortable
Day 3- 5th July 16 / 2nd Aug 16
- This probably will be your longest & strenuous day
- We wake up @ 5.30am & Start for Tsokar by 6.30am.
- Reach Tsokar Via Pang by 5Pm.
- Enjoy the magnificent Tsokar Lake & retire for the night
Day 4 - 6th July 16 / 3rd Aug 16
- Today we will have a leisure ride to Tsomoriri
- Reach Tsomoriri & enjoy the relaxed day around the finest lakes of India
- Find the shades of the water ranging from Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, End others
- Retire for the night at A comfortable camp in Tsomoriri
Day 5 - 7th July 16 / 4th Aug 16
- Wake up early for a beautiful Sunrise & walk around the lake
- Walk around the lake & do photography to your hearts content
- Start for one of the Ultimate routes of Ladakh region to Hanle
- Visit the “Worlds Second highest space observatory”
- Retire for the night at Hanle
Day 6 - 8th July 16 / 5th Aug 16
- This day journey takes you through the BEST RIDE of your life
- Ride along the Pangong lake for 35Kms along with the desert lands of Ladakh & the china border, A day to remember for ever
- Retire for the night at Spangmik Camp
Day 7 - 9th July 16 / 6th Aug 16
- Start post sunrise for another surprise for a BB Traveller
- Visit the most unheard of place & stay at one too
- We will be visiting the warilla pass probably the most scenic in Ladakh
- Stay at a site completely covered with the valleys
- Retire for the night
Day 8 - 10th July 16 / 7th Aug 16
- Start post breakfast to visit the desertland of ladakh
- Nubra valley, known for its deserts & its valley
- Enjoy the scenic ride & a relaxed day
- Do the camelrde & visit the diksit monastery
- Retire at Nubra for the night
Day 9 - 11th July 16 / 8th Aug 16
- Turtuk the unknown Ladakh,
- You will experience a completely different Ladakh region here, Make sure you do spend some time with the people & walk around the valley as much as u can
- Enjoy the valley & spend a relaxed day
- Retire at Turtuk for the night, Travel distance 120kms time 3 to 4 hours
Day 10 - 12th July 16 / 9th Aug 16
- Start at 6am for Khardungla
- Reach Khardungla by 11am,
- After all the groupie & selfie’s lets head for Leh
- Reach Leh & you are on your own, walk around the leh market
- Retire for the night at Leh, travel distance
Day 11 - 13th July 16 / 10th Aug 16
Day 12 - 14th July 16 / 11th Aug 16
- We start early at 6Am to reach Kargil
- Leh to Kargil is a beautiful drive
Day 13 - 15th July 15 / 12th Aug 16
- Start at 6Am for Srinagar, Reach Srinagar by Noon
- Optional stay @ house boat or depart for Home
Day 14 - 16th July 15 / 13th Aug 16
